The purpose of Power@Circles is to create spaces to rethink humanity and develop a culture of community and practice of dialogue around a circle. Our idea is to create moments of reflection to envision a new Humanity.
In the current social and economic crisis, we are witnessing the accelerated change of a new world that is stubbornly coming, reinforcing the need of societies to rethink individual changes: a new mindset, attitudes and behaviours, caused by new social realities.
Power@Circles will be in this project a regular practice of collective wisdom around the subject of empowerment and humanity. It will promote visioning, leadership and conscious communication. Thinking better about the future seems to be at this stage very important.
Change is there and it’s inevitable. And the future, unpredictable.
Attitudes and mindset are important for learning and innovation but are easy to say rather than doing.
Changing is a difficult social process.
